Fiscal Operations Specialist
Summary:
Responsible for ensuring fiscal compliance within the Financial Aid Department. Duties include processing financial aid drawdowns, posting funds, managing refunds and credit balances, and assisting with reconciliations, audits, and compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process drawdowns in the G5 System and post Title IV funding.
- Review and post refunds, credit balances, and ledger transactions.
- Assist with federal reconciliation, FISAP, IPEDS, and audits.
- Collaborate with Student Accounts and other CHCP teams.
- Develop and update financial aid policies and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in college financial aid.
- Strong knowledge of Title IV regulations.
- Experience with CampusVue (preferred).
