We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our sales team while driving revenue growth through strategic leadership and hands-on sales execution. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the roofing and solar industry (or a strong ability to learn quickly).
Role Summary
As the Sales Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales process, managing a team of roofing and solar sales consultants, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met and exceeded . You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies , building strong customer relationships, and mentoring a high-performance team .
This is a hybrid role based in Winter Garden, FL , with the flexibility for some remote work . The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sales success , exceptional leadership skills, and experience in the roofing and / or solar industry (preferred but not required).
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Management :
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives specializing in roofing and solar sales .
