Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. This role requires proficiency in various design software and an ability to work collaboratively with other team members to bring innovative ideas to life.
Strategic Planning & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and social media strategies.
- Plan, execute, and monitor advertising and marketing campaigns aligned with budgets and performance goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Creative Development & Content Creation
- Design and manage engaging visual assets, including logos, brochures, social media posts, and videos, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Utilize design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and InVision for graphic design, photo manipulation, motion graphics, and wireframing.
- Produce advertisements, layouts, signage, and other marketing materials for digital and print media.
- Edit videos and create prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Data-Driven Marketing
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to assess success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide detailed campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Support
- Partner with retail, sales, finance, and warehouse teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Maintain and grow the company’s website, Facebook, and Google presence.
Sales-Driven Initiatives
- Develop innovative ad campaigns focused on driving sales, integrating creative design, strategic messaging, and performance metrics.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure marketing efforts remain fresh and relevant.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Marketing role, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Ecosystem, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is essential.
- Familiarity with HTML is a plus for web-related projects.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
