Job Description
COMC has an exciting opportunity for a Trading Card Generalist to join our Listing Team in Algona, WA. Under the direction of the Listing Squad Captain, this position plays a key role in processing submissions of cards received through consignment. Processing tasks, which are trained and assigned by need to include receiving, prepping, sorting, storing, imaging, and identifying.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inventory with precision and care.

Open packages, mailers, and envelopes under a camera system.

Inspect and physically count incoming materials.

Sort and store items based on standardized criteria.

Capture images of items using our proprietary system.

Differentiate consigned items by subtle variances for card identification.

Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing tasks and inventory management.

Communicate clearly and effectively with the Squad Captain and others.

Be available to work extended or alternate hours and weekends as needed.

Be willing to cross-train and assist other departments/processes as assigned.

Must perform at minimum productivity standards or higher.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED, bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Strong computer skills

Experience using Microsoft Office and its applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Additional Qualifications

Experience with or interested in learning about the trading card industry
-
Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB, including Hockey and Soccer etc.)

Knowledge in the non-sports card industry (Marvel, Entertainment, Trading Card Games, Pop Culture)
