As a digital native, you are a master storyteller and writer across digital B2B platforms – easily transitioning from building online campaigns to producing short explainer videos to sharing LinkedIn best practices with sales teams. As a Social Media Program Manager, you will be responsible for building world-class social media programs that engage, drive conversations and strengthen relationships with security professionals, business leaders and influencers around the world. This is a truly global position, so you will be working across languages and time-zones to define and execute social campaigns. You’ll need to stay ahead of best practices in social media, while keeping tabs on competitor activity.

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute Check Point’s corporate social media strategy
- Support the global employee social media advocacy program, helping employees share Check Point content across their social channels
- Leverage company evangelists and social media champions in a smart and thoughtful way to build Check Point’s SOV and thought leadership with influencers
- Create and maintain social content calendar, ensuring impactful content publishes at the best time for our audiences
- Serve as an internal champion and go-to person for employee questions about all things social media
- Build measurability and KPIs into social programs; analyze and assess the effectiveness of projects and campaigns and tweak social content and strategies as needed
- Write and copy-edit social content from short posts to video scripts, tailoring the content for each platform (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc)
- B.A. in communications, journalism, marketing or business preferred
- 5 years of social media for a global company or agency
- Strong communication skills (and a believer in over communicating). Excellent written and spoken business English, multi-lingual a plus
- Very organized, with high-attention to detail
- Proactive, problem solver and team player
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of B2B social media platforms, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
- Solid understanding of social and web analytics tools, willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Practices superior time management
