The Opportunity
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving strategic sales growth and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate new verticals with existing and new products. Increasing customer satisfaction and continuously improving performance against agreed-upon objectives and KPI’s will be key measures of success. This leader will cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs, preferences, and product design requirements. The Sales Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Finally, the Sales Manager will implement efficient sales processes and systems to optimize productivity and serve as a key member of the senior management team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set aggressive revenue and profit goals.
• Maintain, develop and be accountable for sales forecasts and new business projections.
• Manage sales budgets and expenses to optimize resource allocation.
• Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads.
• Travel domestically as required to meet with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling value propositions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Build a Go-To-Market sales strategy
• Work in close coordination with the leadership team to develop a cohesive Go-To-Market strategy while also supporting broader strategic planning of the sales organization through forecasts and operations planning
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales launch plans for new products.
Act as a leadership champion for continuously improving the sales process
• Add and upgrade sales processes and skills to meet/exceed customer expectations and continued growth objectives.
• Set sales metrics to measure, motivate, and manage the team’s performance.
• Build a culture of Continuous Improvement and lead the deployment of best-in-class processes to improve organizational capability and capacity.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that drives results.
Support the Executive Team as a key leader
• Leverage market insights to help identify complementary potential targets (e.g., geographic footprint, product expansion, market expansion).
• Provide monthly sales and activity reports to leadership.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities in combined organizations.

Education / Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years B2B sales experience selling to OEMs.
• Experience in the agriculture, transportation or off-road vehicle markets preferred.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
