Reporting into our Head of North America the Sales Director will lead and mentor a team of highperforming sales professionals focused on acquiring and growing midmarket clients across North America. This role requires a proven track record of success in leading sales teams exceeding revenue targets and building strong relationships with key decisionmakers within midmarket organizations. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the payments landscape and a passion for driving growth in a dynamic environment
How youll make impact :
- Build mentor and motivate a team of midmarket sales professionals fostering a culture of high performance collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally on payments and the wider ecosystem by working closely with teams across Marketing Partnerships Solutions Engineering Customer Success Operations Product Technology and People to optimize processes roadmaps collaboration and productivity.
- Work in close partnership with our wider Commercial team to align Marketing and Sales in generating strong leads driving engagement and ultimately closing increased deal volume.
- Deliver the necessary structure cadence quality and discipline to create professionalized scalable and worldclass commercial capability.
