DESCRIPTION OF TASKS:
The Warehouse Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring

responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, shipping,
receiving, and maintaining accurate records of warehouse activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Payroll
- Reviews timeclock punches for accuracy and correct tracking of work hours performed by warehouse staff.
Shipping
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to order specification.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Receiving
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks using forklifts or other equipment as needed.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and accurately record received items into the inventory system.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse space to facilitate efficient workflow and safe working conditions.
Order Processor
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
Inventory Control
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Verifies pick and reserve locations, confirms accuracy of reported inventory, and makes adjustments as necessary.
