What You’ll Do:Sales & Client Management- Serve as the main point of contact for weddings, social events, and select corporate functions.
- Respond to inquiries, conduct site visits, and showcase the beauty of our venues.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local organizations to drive bookings.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop creative promotions and partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, maximize revenue opportunities, and meet/exceed sales goals.
- Detail and plan all aspects of wedding and event logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work closely with the Banquets, Culinary, and Operations teams to exceed client expectations.
- Oversee wedding rehearsals, ensuring the ceremony and reception flow effortlessly.
- Ensure compliance with resort standards, state regulations, and vendor agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every event is tailored to client expectations.
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and resort departments.
- Resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the resort’s catering offerings.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in catering sales, event planning, or luxury hospitality.
✔ Experience with weddings and social event planning in a high-end hotel/resort setting.
✔ Strong negotiation, sales, and client relations skills.
✔ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event software, and CRM systems.
✔ Knowledge of Florida Keys venues, vendors, and event trends is a plus!
