This role is ideal for a professional who excels in managing high-end dining operations, particularly with expertise in wine and sophisticated service. Pierre's is operated by Cheeca Lodge and Spa - all Morada Bay employees are considered Cheeca employees and part of the Northwood family of resorts.

- Oversee the daily operations of Pierre's, ensuring an exceptional fine dining experience for every guest.
- Manage and train a team of staff to deliver impeccable service, with a strong emphasis on wine knowledge and fine dining etiquette.
- Develop and maintain a wine program that complements our sophisticated menu.
- Uphold the elegant and romantic atmosphere of Pierre's, ensuring that every detail reflects our commitment to luxury dining.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings are of the highest quality and presentation.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost management, to ensure the profitability of the restaurant.
- Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring all experiences meet high standards of excellence.
- Extensive experience in managing a fine dining restaurant, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
- In-depth knowledge of world-class wines and a proven ability to manage a comprehensive wine program.
