Position: Fine Dining Server
Job Responsibilities
- Provide warm greetings to guests, ensuring a welcoming and personalized service.
- Efficiently take and process food and drink orders, catering to special requests and promptly checking for guest satisfaction.
- Maintain attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience, adhering to the café's high standards.
- Perform essential duties including opening and closing tasks, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness in line with health standards.
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu, specials, and the café's unique offerings to make informed recommendations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional approach.
- Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times and participate actively in team briefings.
Skills and Experience
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Fluent in English
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.

- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- One year in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Basic computer skills
