Cheeky Monkeys in Colleyville, TX is looking for one supervisor to join our 15 person strong team. Our ideal candidate has positive energy and is motivated and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of Cheeky Monkeys, ensuring quality service and staff performance.
- Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and upkeep of opening and/or closing duties.
- Support the Store Manager and Event Coordinator in daily tasks and event implementation
- Implement cost-effective measures and set budgets for efficient operations.
- Recruit and train staff, ensuring their ongoing competence and development.
- Practice good safety and maintain cleanliness in the Food & Beverage/Cafe area and Play Area.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a supervisor
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to train and lead a team to success
- Outstanding organizational skills
