Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, providing exceptional support to staff and clients, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role requires strong clerical skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. FULL TIME OR PART TIME IS ACCEPTABLE.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting customers and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Scanning phone calls and assisting with quotes and job pricing
- Ordering parts
- Assisting with invoicing and taking payments
- General communication with customers
Experience
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred
