This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in production, quality assurance, inventory control, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in food sanitation, production, quality, and maintenance. A Bachelor's degree in Food Science or equivalent work experience is required.
