Job Summary :
The Customer Service Representative is responsible being the primary point of contact for customers at Chef Craft. This will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks include, but are not limited to order entry and processing of sales orders, answering phones and emails, collaborating with multiple team members to best serve the customers, and organizing files. This position reports to the Office Manager and is expected to be in office from 8am to 4 : 30pm Monday through Friday.
Essential Duties
Manually entering orders with Sage (our accounting software) along with processing orders received automatically both through our website and over EDI
Acquiring credit approval numbers through different portals as necessary
Answering phones and emails promptly to help customers with their needs which can include questions about our products or how they can order
Entering new items on customer portals and filling out new item forms
