Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for various projects in MS EXCEL.
- Provide personal assistant services to CEO as needed.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Offer executive administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation and collaboration with team members.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette when answering calls and communicating with clients or stakeholders.
- Manage scheduling for company CEO
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company CEO
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary

- Skills
- College Degree a Plus or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in data entry in MS EXCEL a must.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Strong calendar management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks.
- Proven experience providing executive administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of MS EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT a plus.
- Able to travel at times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
