Key responsibilities include leadership development, training, safety, budgeting, and facility and equipment operation. In addition, the Production Manager will work closely with the VP of Operations and will be responsible for tracking productivity, accuracy, and loss prevention programs to ensure that customer requirements are met.What you'll do : Manage a team of meat and poultry processorsWork closely with management and human resources team to strive towards people and production improvement and developmentAble to assure accuracy of the finished product from our production cut listAble to meet daily production goals in a safe and timely mannerEnsuring that product is of high quality standardsMaintaining high sanitation standardsUnderstanding and following USDA regulations and requirementsAdditional duties and responsibilities as assignedAbout you : Ability to react well under pressureDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughnessContinuously looking for ways to improve and promote qualityObserves safety and security proceduresUses equipment and materials properly; Reports potentially unsafe condition.
