Cheil Dallas is seeking a seasoned Senior Producer of Brand Experience with a strong foundation in architecture and design to oversee the full cycle of high-impact brand experiences. This role is critical in bridging creative vision with operational execution, requiring deep expertise in project management, client relations, and production.

Role Overview

As a Senior Producer, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of innovative brand experiences. Your expertise in architectural design will drive the creative integrity of our projects, while your project management skills ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to bring ideas to life, all while upholding our commitment to quality, precision, and cutting-edge design.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for various brand experiences, including exhibitions, retail spaces, pop-ups, and other IRL activations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout project phases to deliver within scope and on time.

Client Relations & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and building strong client relationships.
  • Work closely with clients to define project objectives, refine concepts, and translate brand goals into actionable designs and experiences.
  • Facilitate regular updates, presentations, and project reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain alignment.

Creative Production & Design Oversight

  • Oversee the architectural and design aspects of projects, ensuring creative vision and brand integrity are preserved from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate with account and creative teams to ensure all elements align with architectural standards and design specifications.
  • Manage vendor selection, contracts, and relationships, including architects, contractors, designers, and other production partners.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a bridge between internal teams (creative, account, project management) and external partners to streamline project workflows.
  • Provide leadership to project team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment to achieve project goals.
  • Implement best practices in project management, tracking, and reporting, continuously optimizing processes for improved performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 plus years in project management within brand experience, architecture, or design environments, with a proven track record of delivering complex IRL activations or retail environments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in architectural and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
    • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with a keen eye for design and brand integrity.
  • Local or willing to relocate to work onsite at the Plano, Texas office.
  • Able to travel and work weekends as needed for activations and IRL events.
