Strategic Leadership & Research
- Support Strategy across multiple lines of business and channels
- Conduct Primary and Secondary Research: Proactively use research tools to gather both qualitative and quantitative data. Demonstrate proficiency in primary research methodologies, including writing surveys, conducting interviews and moderating focus groups. analyzing data to uncover valuable insights.
- Develop High-Impact Brand Narratives that are rooted in consumer behavior, data, and cultural trends, ensuring messaging is relevant and compelling.
- Develop Consumer Profiling with sharp audience insights that drive product messaging, brand identity, and campaign strategies.
- Guide Messaging Strategy by crafting differentiated and compelling brand communications that align with broader marketing goals.
- Evaluate & Strengthen Creative Work, providing thoughtful, strategic feedback that helps elevate campaign effectiveness.
- Act as a Senior Thought Partner, earning the trust of agency and client teams through your insights, industry expertise, and strategic acumen.
- Support Agency Marketing and New Business Growth, assisting in the development of strategic frameworks to help grow the agency’s portfolio and agency marketing initiatives.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, social sciences, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of strategy experience in a creative, digital, or integrated advertising agency.
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, campaign development, digital and social media and audience insights.
- Knowledge of what moves culture today, what resonates with consumers online, and how to create best in class content.
- Understanding of what goes into social-first content creation and the ability to translate best practices into creative briefs.
- Experience with community management with a knack for building brands through conversations with fans, influencers, and brands.
- Data Proficiency: Skilled in using audience first party and secondary data tools to craft a story for brands or report on the brands performance.
- Experience working with consumer data tools like MRI-Simmons, GWI, Resonate, social listening tools and primary research methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to senior clients and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment at the Plano, Texas location.
- Willingness to travel, work extended hours, and support key campaign moments as needed.
