Job Summary:
- Provide knowledgeable, dependable & consistent customer service with courtesy, integrity, and efficiency to meet or exceed customer & company expectations.
- Function as a key resource for external and internal customers on products, services, and operational and administrative processes.
- Work in tandem with QA and Everlast designated teams investigating, resolving & processing Out of Box Claims and Warranty claims.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate input of customer purchase orders, return material authorizations, replacement orders and corresponding credits if applicable.
- Ensure and maintain successful long-term customer relationships.
- Provide customers with information pertaining to material availability, planning, order delivery, and invoicing.
- Coordinate all aspects of customer purchase orders from order entry to order completion.
- Able to identify and understand customer requirements & information. If incomplete, able to clarify, and research issues to successfully implement to proceed.
- Manage conflicts & discrepancies with the ability to provide resolution or alternatives for consideration.
- Able to cover & backup team members when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred, no required)
- 2 years of manufacturing Customer Service experience.
- Computer familiarity with Infor XA using Powerlink.
- Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Able to work within a team and independently.
- Effective & collaborative people skills.
- Possess a sense of ownership & responsibility.
- Strategic big picture thinking with the ability to plan.
- Detailed oriented.
- Open and flexible to change towards continuous improvements in fast growing company.
