Job Description
DAY SHIFT: $17/hr (potential to make $18.70/hr- based on attendance /weekend premium programs)
NIGHT SHIFT: $18/hr (potential to make $19.75/hr- based on attendance /weekend premium programs)
- Responsibilities include visually inspecting products and measuring product length to make sure the appropriate materials are being used.
- These individuals also ensure that all proper documentation is completed before finalizing the packing process in preparation for shipment.
The Production Trainee position offers future promotional opportunities if performance warrants. The position also provides on-the-job training.
This is a direct hire. Medical, dental, life insurance, and 401k with match effective after 90 days of employment. Outstanding work environment based on teamwork and quality outcomes.
- This position will provide a 4 day training period.
- The schedule will then run on a 223 schedule. The hours are: 9a-9p (daylight) or 9p-9a (night)
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including working weekends on a bi-weekly basis (Day Shift OR Night Shift are both available)
- Reliable transportation (MUST HAVE )
- Comfortable with working in plant / factory setting
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Prior manufacturing or packing experience helpful
- Ability to understand and follow-through with directions
- Capacity to accurately measure and read measurements
- Ability to perform basic math (measuring/color identification)

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
