These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for hospitality design to create stunning visuals for menus, event proposals, signage, and marketing materials across both print and digital platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of branding, and the ability to design compelling materials that enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate is proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Design & Branding: Develop high-quality, visually appealing designs for menus, event proposals, signage, and other hospitality-focused materials.
- Print & Digital Collateral: Create marketing assets for both physical and digital spaces, including social media graphics, promotional flyers, and in-house branded materials.
- Event & Menu Design: Work closely with the hospitality and marketing teams to craft dynamic, on-brand presentations, event signage, and detailed catering/event proposals.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to ensure all designs align with brand standards and effectively communicate key messaging.
- Multi-Platform Adaptability: Format designs for both print and digital mediums, ensuring consistency across websites, social media, and in-house displays.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date on hospitality and design trends to bring fresh, creative ideas that enhance the guest and client experience.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, meet tight deadlines, and balance priorities in a fast-moving hospitality environment.
What We Need from You:
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or event design.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word), and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills tailored for menu and event collateral.
- Knowledge of print production processes for creating high-quality menus, signage, and event materials.
- Ability to create engaging digital content for websites, presentations, and social media.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience with environmental and wayfinding signage design is a plus.
