What You'll Do:
- Wash & Sanitize Dishes: Clean dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to ensure sanitation and hygiene
- Properly Store Dishes: Organize and store clean items in designated areas, keeping the kitchen neat and efficient
- Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Regularly clean kitchen surfaces, counters, sinks, stoves, and food prep areas to ensure a safe working environment
- Clean Kitchen Floors: Sweep and mop floors as needed to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Dispose of Waste & Recycling: Empty trash and recyclables according to company procedures, ensuring a clean and sustainable environment
- Monitor Supplies & Equipment: Ensure dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, and equipment are stocked and functioning properly. Report any issues to management
- Clean & Organize Shared Spaces: Keep storage rooms, hallways, and common areas clean and well-organized
- Report Maintenance Issues: Inform management of any plumbing, equipment, or facility concerns
What We Need From You:
- Prior experience in dishwashing, janitorial, or facility maintenance roles is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail in all cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
