What You'll Do :
- Wash & Sanitize Dishes : Clean dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to ensure sanitation and hygiene.
- Properly Store Dishes : Organize and store clean items in designated areas, keeping the kitchen neat and efficient.
- Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness : Regularly clean kitchen surfaces, counters, sinks, stoves, and food prep areas to ensure a safe working environment.
- Clean Kitchen Floors : Sweep and mop floors as needed to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Dispose of Waste & Recycling : Empty trash and recyclables according to company procedures, ensuring a clean and sustainable environment.
- Monitor Supplies & Equipment : Ensure dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, and equipment are stocked and functioning properly. Report any issues to management.
- Clean & Organize Shared Spaces : Keep storage rooms, hallways, and common areas clean and well-organized.
- Report Maintenance Issues : Inform management of any plumbing, equipment, or facility concerns.
