You'll be the go-to person for all matters concerning facility maintenance, housekeeping management, security, safety, and day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility maintenance, housekeeping, security, and day-to-day operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety of facilities.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and emergency protocols.
- Lead and support housekeeping staff, scheduling, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Experience managing projects across multiple trades
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or engineering.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
