What are the responsibilities and job description for the PreSchool Teacher position at Chelsea Public School?
First Branch Unified District encompasses Tunbridge and Chelsea students in grades PreK - 8th. We are currently seeking a licensed or ability to be licensed PreSchool Teacher on the Chelsea campus for the rest of the 2024-2025 school year. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Preschool teacher to provide engaging and meaningful Preschool experiences for our youngest students with a focus on outdoor education and experiential learning. An ideal candidate will have a love of children, understanding of play-based learning, and early childhood development. The ideal candidate shall possess the following:
A current Vermont PreSchool certification.
Experience working with preschool student and para educators
Extensive content knowledge in early childhood education.
Proven classroom management skills
Ability to communicate with students and guardians
Value flexible thinking, problem solving, collaboration with colleagues, and a commitment to every student can learn.
