Responsibilities
We train you on the core tasks detailed below :
- Ability to satisfy and maintain the IL insurance licensing requirements
- Conduct needs based sales consultations with prospective clients
- Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships
- Assist in the development of a marketing plan for your role
- Adhere to a follow up system provided by the agency for prospective clients assigned to you
- Participate and successfully complete all training as assigned
- Provide prompt and professional service

We are looking for someone who has/is :
- Experience with computers, CRM, Microsoft office suite
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
- High school or College Degree
- Possess or obtain Illinois Property/Casualty licenses within first sixty days of employment
- The desire to be their own BOSS!
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
