Our company has a client in Coral Gables, FL that is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a solid background in Salesforce. This role requires the ability to build and document detailed requirements, write comprehensive user stories, and effectively communicate and translate these requirements to the development team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Build detailed and clear requirements documents that capture business needs and technical specifications
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in delivering high-quality solutions
• Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure that the development team understands the requirements and provides feedback on feasibility and potential challenges
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to support the development process
• Leverage your Salesforce background to identify potential solutions using existing out-of-the-box functionality or custom-built features
• Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce implementation and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features to recommend enhancements and improvements
  
  

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce * Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels * Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation * Experience working in Agile development environments
