Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise exceptional stakeholder management skills and a solid background in Salesforce. This role requires the ability to build and document detailed requirements write comprehensive user stories and effectively communicate and translate these requirements to the development team.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit analyze and validate business requirements
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Build detailed and clear requirements documents that capture business needs and technical specifications
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in delivering highquality solutions
- Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure that the development team understands the requirements and provides feedback on feasibility and potential challenges
- Participate in sprint planning daily standups and other Agile ceremonies to support the development process
- Leverage your Salesforce background to identify potential solutions using existing outofthebox functionality or custombuilt features
- Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce implementation and optimization
- Stay uptodate with the latest Salesforce releases and features to recommend enhancements and improvements
