About
- This lead will support the Adhoc testing
- They will be over 2 onshore Testers and 1 offshore tester
- Need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, adhoc, production/chaotic environment with little direction or structure
- Will work with Adhoc requests, understands how it works in production, prod issues, demos etc.
- Will handle adhoc requests like:
- test this and understand how works with a new project
- Last minute Demos to stakeholders for existing functionalities
- How prod issues work in different environments
- Hands on Adhoc testing
- OSS/BSS, provisioning, etc.
- Resiliency, ability to multitask in an everchanging environment
- Adhoc testing
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Prefers some leadership experience, but is open to Sr. resources that want to move into a Lead role
