Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and supervise all aspects of the car wash facility at Chemical Guys, including staff scheduling, equipment maintenance, and customer service, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of highly skilled car wash attendants at Chemical Guys, instilling our company's values and standards to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures at Chemical Guys' car wash, guaranteeing meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of cleanliness for every vehicle serviced.
• Customer Relations: Cultivate strong customer relationships at Chemical Guys, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and swiftly resolving any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of car wash supplies, chemicals, and equipment at Chemical Guys, ensuring proper stock management, timely replenishment, and cost-effective procurement.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage the car wash budget at Chemical Guys, monitor revenue and expenses, and implement strategic initiatives to optimize profitability.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team at Chemical Guys to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Deliverables:

3 Months:

• Implement an efficient staff scheduling system to optimize labor allocation and productivity.
• Develop and implement a training program for car wash attendants to ensure consistent service quality.

6 Months:

• Increase customer satisfaction ratings by 15% through regular feedback collection and process improvements.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year bonus incentive based on performance.
