The Experience
This isn’t a coffee-fetching, errand-running internship. This is real work with real clients and real impact.
Interns will be paired with mentors across different agency disciplines—strategy, creative, media, account management/project management, to get a full view of what it takes to build award winning campaigns. The intern team will work on a real client project from kick off to project completion. They’ll gain valuable experience in their discipline and work along the way.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Support teams across strategy, creative, and media to help bring campaigns to life
✅ Assist with research, brainstorm sessions, and trend tracking (hello, TikTok fans)
✅ Sit in on client meetings, internal reviews, and production calls to see how the magic happens
✅ Work on a collaborative intern project that culminates in a final pitch (yep, you’ll present it)
✅ Gain hands-on experience with industry tools, platforms, and software
What You Need
🔹 Curiosity and a can-do attitude—willingness to learn is a must
🔹 Strong communication skills (written, verbal, meme-based, etc.)
🔹 A knack for organization—keeping track of projects, deadlines, and deliverables
🔹 A collaborative spirit—great work happens when we work together
🔹 Passion for advertising, marketing, design, or storytelling in any form

LENGTH AND HOURS
Because of the team-based project, it is important that all positions are available to work:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm EST.
The Internship will start the week of June 3, 2025 and end August 21, 2025.
Interns will be paid $16.50/ hour.
