About Us
Chemistry is a creatively driven, full- funnel agency that believes everything’s an experiment. We exist to take risks and challenges. We’re always asking What if and What next? We win things like Shortys and Addys, but we’re most proud of being named AdAge Best Small Agency three times. We have offices in Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Miami, NYC and Phoenix. We have about 160 folks across agency disciplines from the best agencies around the globe and a growing list of incredible clients.
EXPERIMENT MORE. RISK LESS.
The world is full of infinite combinations & outcomes. The only constant is, there is no perfect way. So make haste. Experiment. Move forward. We'll help you get there. We aren’t know-it-alls (because there’s too much to know). Instead, we have a "let’s see what works" mentality. This approach helps drive work we’re proud of and a culture that keeps us going.
WE WELCOME ALL.
Studies have shown that marginalized communities such as women, LGBTQ and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. However you identify, and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work every day. At Chemistry, we thrive on and celebrate diversity.
Everyone at Chemistry is passionate about the work and about life and we’re looking for great people to join our crew.

What You’re Responsible For
- Owning client statuses - from updating a beautifully organized status sheet, leading client calls, and providing timely recaps w/ key decisions and clear next steps that make you the hero for everyone on the team.
- Coordinating with all departments (strategy, media, creative, project management, production) on how to get things DONE. Start with PM…they’ll make you look good.
- Distributing jobs, feedback, and direction through Webvantage and other ways determined by the team.
- Reviewing and proofreading documents before they go to clients - making sure they are ready for client eyes, that they’ve been blessed by everyone that needs to see them, that they align with brand guidelines, etc. (and look out for excess use of buzzwords).
- Learning and understanding your client’s scope of work so when things come up, you know when to discuss (tip: “this is not in scope” are a client’s least favorite words, so consult with your manager or client lead before using them ;), it’s ok to say “let me check with the team on that and get back to you.”)
- Working with supervisors to track and manage project budgets and estimates.
- Being proactive and informing agency team of category trends, industry-related news, and campaign launches for key competitors (hello, Google Alerts!)
- Consistently provide meeting recaps and important notes to both agency and client teams (the key things, not EVERYthing).
- Organizational whiz. Get everyone and everything organized (files, links, docs, all the things). Manage and meet sometimes crazy timelines and deadlines. Manage up to your supervisor on a daily/weekly basis.
- Communication. Speak, write and relay information with confidence and clarity to anyone on the team, client or internal.
- Drive. Take initiative. You have the skills and instinct to push and drive the team towards delivering great work - creative, strategies, media plans, etc. (or to ask the right questions to keep moving forward).
- Proactivity. You proactively raise your hand with an idea, an interesting piece of information, or just to help your team or others at the agency when you have a slow days.
