As a Social Engagement Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to be the voice and pulse of a national brand, actively engaging with and building online communities. You’ll also be a creative force finding and inspiring compelling, shareable content opportunities.
We don’t need a community manager, we need a community igniter, a community member - you’ll be DEEP in the comments sections & replies as a brand admin. You’ll be identifying trending topics and cultural insights that inspire big ideas for brands. You’ll be the eyes, ears and voice of the brand. You’ll create and shape conversations. You’ll collaborate with strategists and creatives to turn social trends and cultural moments into fun, high-impact storytelling that makes our brand FAMOUS.

What You’ll Need
- Writing skills and a knack for social storytelling and quick, on-brand responses
- An affinity for culture and a strategic eye for how it shapes opportunities for brands on social
- A combination of creativity, analytical skills, curiosity, and a strong interest in people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The willingness to experiment on social
- 2-3 years of experience in community management at a national brand and/or social, digital, or creative agency, with clear demonstrations of social expertise
- Monitor social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X and Facebook) and foster meaningful interactions with fans
- Identify opportunities to join or lead conversations outside of brand social channels, ensuring the brand stays culturally relevant
- Perform social listening to gather insight on micro and macro social trends, cultural moments and drivers of conversation to inform community management and creative ideas
- In partnership with strategists and creatives, identify and navigate real-time content and community management opportunities to keep the brand at the center of the action
- Collaborate closely with social strategists and creatives to ensure community insights, conversation drivers and trends are leveraged to optimize the overall social approach, campaigns, and day-to-day content
- Work closely with the creative team to craft quick-turn, on-brand responses
