Compensation: $100,000 DOE

Your Role…
At ChemTrack Alaska, no two days are the same. You will kick off your day refining estimates, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. From asbestos abatement to soil remediation, you will manage diverse projects ranging from $100K to $5M, balancing fieldwork with office planning.
Your leadership will drive teams to meet safety and quality standards while collaborating with clients and regulators to achieve project goals. Whether on-site monitoring progress or troubleshooting challenges, you will play a critical role in safeguarding Alaska’s environment.

Qualifications:
- Extensive Environmental Construction Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Arctic-based environmental industry projects, including mitigation, remediation, and construction.
- Proven Leadership Skills: Ability to lead crews effectively, delegate tasks, and communicate across all levels with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Estimating Expertise: Proficiency in preparing accurate project estimates, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and subcontractor management.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of environmental and construction regulations, including OSHA 30, AK-CESCL certification, and other compliance standards.
- Project Management Acumen: Experience managing large-scale projects (up to $5M) from start to finish, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with take-off software like E-Takeoff or On-Screen Takeoff.
- Adaptability and Arctic Expertise: Proven ability to work in Arctic climates and handle the unique challenges of remote project locations.
