Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Child/Youth Program Coordinator to support military well-being programs in the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Army National Guard (ARNG) Child and Youth Services (CYS). The ideal candidate will have experience in youth programming and development, with a strong understanding of youth developmental needs.
Duties:
- Youth Programming: Plan and deliver youth curriculum and programs, providing relevant support and resources to Army National Guard military youth and families.
- Marketing and Reporting: Design marketing materials and publications, complete program-specific reports, and convey information effectively in verbal and written formats.
- Program Evaluation: Ensure youth services meet the needs of the military population being served, aligning with established national metrics of performance.
- Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and manage a state-level volunteer team, building partnerships with local and state-level youth service programs and organizations.
- Event Planning: Plan and operate large and small-scale events.
- Data Analysis: Analyze statistical data, evaluate program effectiveness, and brief trend analysis based on compiled data.
Requirements:
