What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator / Meat Processor position at Cheney Brothers / Southern Foods?
We are seeking a Machine Operator / Meat processor to join our team!
Efficiently and safely process, pack, weigh, and label meat & ground beef products
Operate meat and ground beef patty machines & grinding machines using established procedures
Inspect equipment for cleanliness and quality assurance before each use, and complete the Daily Inspection Checklist. Must be required to set up and break down sections each day.
Adhere to all company SOPs, GMPs, and procedures, and work consistently with all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas.
Perform all other duties as assigned that are necessary, required, or directed by management.
Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday, 7 am until Finish
