What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Operations Coordinator position at Cheney Flashing?
We are a sheet metal and anchor fabrication business with a specialty in commercial construction products including building envelope waterproofing, masonry anchors and roofing. Cheney is a family owned and operated business.
The right candidate would be able to help handle all aspects of the business including:
- working with the President and Senior Vice President to assist with daily operations across the entire portfolio of businesses
- daily front office operations
- managing customer relationships
- accessing QuickBooks (i.e. quoting projects, tracking receivables and payables, etc…)
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:
- willingness to work and learn in both an office and factory setting
- ability to interact with a variety of personnel and communicate effectively
- strong attention to detail
- computer proficiency
- interest in small business, manufacturing, construction, and/or business optimization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
