The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, innovative, and entrepreneurial-minded nurse practitioner who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems, perform physical assessments, and develop patient management plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful patient outcomes.
- Prescribe medication, order laboratory and diagnostic studies, and refer patients for consultation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize resource utilization and patient education.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated record of achieving clinical performance metrics.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Caring and empathetic with great listening skills.
- Detail-oriented with basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience Criteria:
- ARNP or similar advanced degree in Nursing required.
- Current Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice required.
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC preferred but may be required for certain States.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred, but willing to consider strong candidates.
