As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor to our prospective clients. You will be an integral part of the success of both our customers and Account Executives by performing technical discovery qualifications, making architectural recommendations for the solution, delivering product demonstrations and PoCs, and troubleshooting technical configuration issues engagements. As a passionate technologist and customer advocate, you will connect the dots between the technical solution to business value for the customer.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct client qualification and discovery calls with Sales team members
- Meet and lead discovery with prospects to understand technical and workflow needs
- Develop win strategies with the sales team to help win new business
- Deliver high impact software demonstration and high-impact trials to prospects
- Create impactful presentations and present in a dynamic, clear and engaging manner
- Develop trust and confidence with prospective customers
- Support the sales team with addressing technical questions and internal enablement for new and existing products
- Educate prospects on CHEQ's technology and the application to business problems
- Partner with Account Executives to strategize on how to move key accounts forward during the evaluation process
- Deliver product feedback and new requirements based on your experiences in the field
- Collaboration and cooperation with the Customer Success team for smooth client handovers upon signature of a deal (and then again upon renewals or upgrades as required)
Requirements
The base pay range for this position is $120-$140k per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history / job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
