We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Project Manager/Junior Designer to collaborate on a high-end luxury home currently under construction in Boulder, Colorado. This exciting project is expected to last about a year, with the potential to grow into other exciting opportunities.


✨ About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

     •           Design Collaboration: Assist in creating stunning design concepts for a luxury home, including interior layouts, finishes, and architectural details.

     •           Documentation: Prepare detailed design documentation such as mood boards, floor plans, and material specifications to bring the vision to life.

     •           Project Execution: Work closely with the designer and construction managers to maintain design integrity throughout the lifecycle of the project.

     •           Site Visits: Participate in site visits and walkthroughs to ensure flawless implementation of design plans.

     •           Vendor Coordination: Source and liaise with top-tier vendors, suppliers, and contractors to deliver premium design elements.

     •           Client Interaction: Present design proposals to clients and assist in meetings as needed.

     •           Construction Oversight: Help manage construction timelines and budgets to ensure seamless execution and delivery.


🔑 Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

     •           A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

     •           1-2 years of experience working in high-end residential environments.

     •           Strong proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.

     •           Experience sourcing high-end materials, finishes, and construction techniques (a plus).

     •           Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

     •           Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

     •           Independence and teamwork: Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

     •           A keen eye for design aesthetics, space planning, and luxury finishes.
