Job Responsibilities: Warehouse Manager
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily receiving operations.
- Supervises and assigns tasks to Warehouse Associates based on business needs and customer priority.
- Review warehouse processes to make sure that operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Update any changes to receiving processes and retrain warehouse personnel as needed.
- Coordinates product flow, facility layout, security, and maintenance activities.
- Oversees the partnership with LTL (less than a load) providers including cost control, damage claim rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure inbound trucks are efficiently unloaded and that all product is properly received and put away in the correct locations.
- Manage staff scheduling and attendance based on needs of the warehouse.
- Manage individual staff performance through ongoing feedback, support, and provision of resources.
- Promote a culture of high performance, customer service, and accountability.
- Communicate effectively through email to internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage and drive a team effectively to reduce cost and labor spend while maintaining best in class services.
Requirements: Warehouse Manager
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of logistics experience
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience
- Experience working with Netsuite software REQUIRED

- Proficient in Excel/Word/Outlook
