Job Description

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to be responsible for managing the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring a safe and functional environment for employees and guests. This includes scheduling and supervising maintenance staff, overseeing projects, and coordinating with other departments.

NOTE : This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. Please note that a positive drug test result, including for marijuana, may result in a job offer being rescinded for applicants or termination of employment for current employees, even if they possess a valid medical marijuana license.

Responsibilities

Schedule and assign work to maintenance staff to meet daily facility needs.
Oversee and implement preventive maintenance programs according to established policies and procedures.
Inspect and monitor the progress of maintenance tasks and building renovations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
Perform quality assurance and quality control checks on completed work.
Order necessary equipment and materials for projects and repairs.
Coordinate work schedules with other departments to minimize disruption.
Respond promptly to on-call requests for emergency maintenance.
Perform the same work assignments as subordinates when necessary.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

2 years of supervisory experience in construction or maintenance.

Knowledge of the use and care of tools, including corded and cordless power tools.

Knowledge of electrical Lock Out / Tag Out procedures and Personal Protective Equipment usage.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Ability to work in various environments, including exposure to external weather, smoke, bright lights, and loud noise.

Ability to wear proper personal protective equipment and adhere to safety procedures.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Ability to travel as needed.
