Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve property goals and objectives.
- Monitor competitive activities and track marketing collateral, offers, and programs.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring all activities meet company standards.
- Create an engaging environment for guests and employees.
- Assist in the development and execution of property promotions, special events, and entertainment.
- Organize and execute property VIP events, including logistics, inventory management, and guest attendance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
- Communicate and coordinate marketing events with all property departments.
- Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, including digital screens, signage, and player services collateral.
- Assist with the implementation and management of the loyalty program.
- Book bands and entertainment for casino events.
