Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and public areas as well as weekly maintenance of limestone and wood floors. Follows timeline set forth and proper procedures when using chemicals and equipment.

Job Tasks/Duties
- Use special equipment to clean limestone floors and wood floors weekly.
- Stocks Housekeeping cart and hand caddy.
- Empties trash in all areas of clubhouse, golf facilities, tennis facilities, daycare, aquatics center (when applicable).
- Wipe all the windowsills, walls and light switches.
- Clean all windows on a rotating basis.
- Vacuum rugs and floors.
- Dust all furniture and fixtures.
- Wipe mirrors and windows.
- Cleans and sanitizes toilets.
- Washes tiles, shower walls, and fixtures.
- Wipes shower curtain.
- Cleans sink and fixtures.
- Cleans walls, baseboards and floor.
- Restock towels, wash clothes, soap, glasses and other supplies and amenities.
- Wash, dry and fold laundry.
- Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Pressure washing
- Leaf blowing
- Buffs floors
- Washes windows
- Shampoo all carpet
- Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis
- Stage and sound set-up as needed for events. (indoors & outdoors)
- Assist with setting up tables, chairs and other furniture needed for special events. (indoors & outdoors)
- Maintains outside of the clubhouse building (i.e., clean steps, walkways, patios and entrances).
- Reports any damage, burned-out light bulbs and plumbing problems to their supervisor
- Take the trash to the dumpster
- Handles recycling materials.
- Cleans walls throughout clubhouse as necessary
- Cleans exterior of HVAC vents
- Conduct occasional painting projects
- Set linens for events per Banquet Event Order
- Transport clean linen from the laundry room to the event space and then transport used linen to the laundry room after the event conclusion.
- Dust rooms and furniture
- Shampoo, vacuum carpets and mop floors throughout the club
- Sweep patio area and dusts patio furniture.
- Clean and Polish brass
- Polish glass, table surfaces, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment and door handles.
- Maintains outside of the clubhouse building (i.e., clean steps, walkways, patios and entrances).
- Conducts deep-cleaning projects
- Vacuum elevator; cleans stairwells and landings; dust ceiling light fixtures, does spot cleaning as necessary; checks drapes for needed repairs and missing hooks
- Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Management Team.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to lift-up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous work lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and climbing.
- Able to use scrubbing machine on limestone floors & buffer on wood floors
- Use ladders when required.
