Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a delightful experience for our pool guests. Your warm hospitality and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our members and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet pool guests with enthusiasm and a friendly smile
- Assist guests with check-in and provide necessary information about pool facilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool reception area
- Ability to maintain accurate records and enforce guest and other policies
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and day shifts
