No Nights – No Weekends!
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for greeting patients as they arrive and preparing them for their visit.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
· Greet patients with a warm smile and a cheerful demeanor
· Verify demographic information & insurance – scan documents
· Assist patients with intake paperwork, check them in and out, take payments
· Answer phones, make appointments, send messages
· Perform administrative duties to assist clinical staff
· Manage walk-ins, drug reps, mail, etc.
· Open/close office, print schedules, track accounting
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities, computer skills
· Organized with a strong attention to detail
· Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
· Medical background a huge plus
· Knowledge of electronic medical records systems very helpful

Salary : $15 - $16
