Overview
The Executive Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the organization. This position requires a visionary leader who can inspire and guide teams to achieve the organization's mission while ensuring effective governance and financial sustainability. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, stakeholders, and staff to implement strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.
The Center Director is responsible for directing, planning with lead teachers and administering all business functions and activities in the daycare consistent with DHS licensing standards. Applicants should have excellent customer/guest relations towards children and their families, visitors and co-workers. Applicants must meet DHS requirements for Center Director qualifications including education/training in Early Childhood and experience in childcare, be 21 years of age and have current CPR/First Aid and Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter training.
