As an Assistant Executive Director at Edgewood, you’ll help ensure the success of our community so that we meet the needs of our residents, their families, and our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff in collaboration with the Executive Director
- Assist with staff recruitment and retention
- Help prepare and maintain the schedule
- Coordinate the processing of payroll
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Associate's degree in related field
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
- Passion and drive for helping others
