Administrative Support Specialist
This position requires an active Secret clearance.
Cherokee Insights is seeking a qualified Administrative Support Specialist to provide support services to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network’s (FinCEN) Office of the Chief Counsel (OCC).
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Administrative Support Specialist: $90,000 - $95,000
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Administrative Support Specialist Responsibilities Include:
- Manage incoming assignments and matters for the Office of Chief Counsel (OCC) attorney review throughout the agency.
- Maintain office calendar, including team meetings, leave schedules and major due dates and serve as timekeeper for the office.
- Maintain office filing system, including a tracker of ongoing and open assignments and due dates.
- Assist in preparing materials for filings (occasionally), as well as presentations.
- Perform basic document management tasks, including formatting documents and managing OneCT tracker.
- Support onboarding and basic human resources needs for employees, including travel cards, onboarding checklists, etc.
- Assist with records management.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Administrative Support Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Active Secret clearance
- Minimum of three (3) years of federal government electronic keeping (ERK) experience
- Certificate of Federal Records Management Training from the National Archives and Records Administration.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
